About srd9

Our Story

srd9 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a genuinely world-class online gaming experience without the barriers that had long made it difficult to participate. From the very beginning, we understood that Bangladesh's growing community of sports fans and casino enthusiasts deserved a platform that spoke their language — not just linguistically, but in terms of payment methods, preferred sports, and cultural moments that matter most.

Over the years, srd9 has grown into one of the most recognised betting and casino brands among players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond. We bring together an extensive sportsbook — with deep coverage of cricket including the BPL, IPL, and international T20 tournaments — alongside a full suite of live casino titles, slot games, crash games, and fish shooting games. Every product decision we make is guided by one question: does this make the srd9 experience better for our players?

Our Mission & Vision

Our mission is straightforward: deliver a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment that empowers every Bangladeshi player to enjoy sports betting and casino games on their own terms. We invest continuously in platform security, game fairness, and customer service so that players at every level — from first-time depositors to seasoned high-rollers — feel confident, respected, and genuinely valued.

Our vision is to become the most trusted name in online gaming across Bangladesh — a platform synonymous with fast payouts, transparent rules, responsible play, and an ever-expanding library of the world's best games. We believe that trust is not claimed; it is earned game by game, deposit by deposit, and support ticket by support ticket.

Our Core Values

Five principles shape every decision at srd9 — from how we design our games lobby to how we respond to a player's withdrawal request at 2 AM.

• Fairness First — all games use certified RNG technology and published RTP data, so players always know the odds before they play.
• Player Security — industry-standard SSL encryption protects every account, transaction, and personal data point on the platform.
• Local Relevance — we support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and local bank transfers because convenience in Taka is not optional.
• Responsible Gaming — we provide real self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and direct access to support because player wellbeing matters more than revenue.
• Continuous Improvement — we update our platform, game library, and promotions regularly, guided by player feedback from Dhaka to Cox's Bazar.

Who We Serve

srd9 is built for adults aged 21 and above across Bangladesh who want a premium, mobile-first gaming experience in English. Whether you are a cricket fan in Rajshahi keeping a close eye on the BPL standings, a slots player in Chittagong looking for late-night entertainment, or a live casino enthusiast in Mymensingh who enjoys the atmosphere of a real dealer table — srd9 is designed for you.

We particularly understand the rhythms of Bangladeshi life — the excitement of a Bangladesh Tigers Test match, the festive mood around Eid and Pohela Boishakh, and the quiet evenings when a great slot game or a live blackjack hand is exactly the right kind of entertainment. Our platform is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at Bangladesh Standard Time.

What We Offer

The srd9 platform is home to thousands of games and sports markets. Our slots library features classic three-reel games, modern video slots with bonus buy features, and progressive jackpot titles from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Our sportsbook covers cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, basketball, and dozens of other disciplines, with odds updated in real time.

Beyond sports and slots, srd9 offers crash games — including the globally popular Aviator from Spribe — fish shooting games, virtual sports, and a dedicated live casino powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. New titles are added every month based on player demand, so there is always something fresh to explore whether you log in on a busy Eid morning or a quiet Tuesday night.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

srd9 is intended for adults aged 21 and above. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a genuine obligation to our players and their families. Our platform includes deposit limit tools, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you ever feel that gambling is affecting your daily life, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our support team immediately. Gaming should always be entertainment, never a source of financial stress.
