You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt, decompile, or create derivative works from any srd9 content without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of srd9 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

Where no breach has occurred, srd9 will process any eligible remaining balance to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of srd9 shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution. srd9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to submit to a mutually agreed arbitration or mediation process before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief where necessary.
